Brains Behind the Magic
Meet the
Makers
Martin Ho
Anh Tuan Ho, best known among friends as Martin Ho, is a
leading figure in contemporary art and hospitality and the
founder of Ay-vy. Born in Vietnam and raised in Vienna, he
fuses Asian heritage with European sophistication, shaping a
universe where art, cuisine, and culture meet.
At nineteen, he opened DOTS Experimental Sushi, Austria’s first avant-garde sushi bar, later expanding with DOTS im Brunnerhof, Memberclub X, VIEiPEE, and the legendary Pratersauna. Today his portfolio spans gastronomy, clubs, and international collaborations.
A renowned art collector, Ho bridges East and West, curating work from Warhol, Koons, Hirst, and Ai Weiwei alongside emerging conceptual talents. His ventures and galleries are cultural crossroads, spaces where rhythm, light, and conversation replace convention.
Visionary, connector, and curator of experience, Martin Ho turns everything he touches into living art.

Michel Comte
One of the worlds most respected and recognized
photographers, Michel Comte is a Swiss-born
photographer and filmmaker whose lens has
traversed the worlds of fashion, war, and art with
equal intimacy.
Trained first as an art restorer, he carried the discipline of the old masters into a life defined by motion, from the ateliers of Paris to the frontlines of conflict. His portraits of icons, from Sophia Loren to Jeremy Irons, are charged with cinematic tension, revealing not perfection but presence.
Behind the allure of Vogue covers and luxury campaigns lies a restless observer, drawn to fragility and truth. In recent years, Comte’s gaze has turned skyward and earthward to melting glaciers, fading light, and the poetry of impermanence continuing his lifelong pursuit of beauty as both witness and warning.

Lee Che Liang
Chef Lee Che Liang is the creative force behind
Ay-vy’s contemporary Asian kitchen. Malaysiaborn
and Singapore-trained, he honed his craft in
some of the region’s most demanding dining
rooms before joining Park Chinois in London, the
legendary homage to 1930s Shanghai where he’s
been shaping its culinary identity since its opening
in 2015.
Known for precision, instinct, and quiet flair, Chef Lee brings a modern rhythm to classic Asian technique. His menus celebrate seasonality and craft, from hand-picked Cornish crab and prawn wonton to poached Welsh lamb dumplings in cumin and chilli sesame. At Ay-vy, he translates heritage into momentum, cooking that feels familiar yet cinematic, refined yet alive with attitude.
